The boards of Vector Capital Limited and Trafficmaster Plc are pleased to announce that they have reached agreement on the terms of the recommended acquisition by Vector UK, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Vector Capital, of the entire issued and to be issued share capital of Trafficmaster.
