Please note that following the set up of your online direct debit, activation of the service may take up to 2 working days if it has already expired.
If there are any other services you wish to renew, please call a PA via your touchscreen or Smartnav button 24/7, and they can set up your direct debit for you.
Please note we no longer accept annual subscription payments by cheque or debit/credit card.
