Renew your subscription online

We are delighted to announce that you can now renew your Smartnav and Trackstar subscriptions online by setting up an annual direct debit. Take the hassle out of renewing your subscriptions each year and ensure you have continued service.

  • NAVIGATION
  • NAVIGATION & SAFE SPEED
  • NAVIGATION, SAFE SPEED & STOLEN VEHICLE TRACKING
  • TRACKSTAR

Please note that following the set up of your online direct debit, activation of the service may take up to 2 working days if it has already expired.

If there are any other services you wish to renew, please call our Direct Sales Team on 0870 050 3000 Monday to Friday between 9am and 5.30pm, and they can set up your direct debit for you over the phone.

Please note we no longer accept annual subscription payments by cheque or debit/credit card.
